Outside Sales Representative

We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to take that culture to our customers in the Bay Area. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

  • The Outside Sales Representative responsibilities will include attracting new customers and strengthening relationships with existing customers
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies to grow market share
  • Work closely with branch personnel to nurture sales leads
  • Provide technical support and logistics support to customers
  • Maintain up-to-date electronic sales pipeline (Salesforce software)
  • Foster a spirit of superior customer service and mutual respect among coworkers
  • Reports to the Director of Sales

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

  • 3 years of Outside Sales Experience
  • Excellent communication skills with strong follow-through
  • Strong sense of urgency with work
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is preferred
  • Polished interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team or independently
  • Organized and effective time management skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize
  • Consistent positive attitude
  • Strong work and personal ethics
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
